Engineering Intern at Applied Materials

Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineering Intern in Singapore to work with equipment and process engineering teams on hardware modifications for semiconductor deposition systems. The intern will analyze, simulate, or physically test hardware; design or modify mechanical layouts and drawings; coordinate component procurement and assembly; perform engineering tests and documentation; troubleshoot mechanical problems; and develop custom tooling and fixturing. The role requires knowledge of structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics, hardware design and prototyping, mechanical testing, and vacuum systems.
