Description
Elanco is hiring an Engineering Intern for its Elwood, Kansas manufacturing plant for Summer 2027. The intern will support hands-on engineering projects involving process improvement, business-problem solving, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, vendor relationships, process capability implementation, data visualization, and documentation. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an engineering major such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or process engineering and have Microsoft Suite experience; life-science industry experience, engineering or chemistry interest, communication, organization, time management, and independent-work skills are preferred. The internship runs from May 17 through August 6, 2027, pays $20–$40 per hour, and includes 10% travel to Elanco’s Indianapolis corporate facility.
