Description
JTEKT North America is hiring an Engineering Intern in Cairo, Georgia, to support the Engineering Supervisor with manufacturing process improvement, tooling and equipment design, scrap reduction, productivity and quality improvements, and Lean and production-system initiatives. The intern will collaborate with engineers, technicians, production, machine shop, maintenance, and factory-service teams, work with Windows and Microsoft Office, and use Creo and AutoCAD. The role is hourly, may require overtime and weekends, and is performed in an office setting with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas requiring personal protective equipment.
