Mennel Milling is hiring a temporary Engineering Intern to support plant engineering projects across food manufacturing operations. The intern will assist with capital projects, data analysis, equipment layouts and process documentation, inspections, installations, commissioning, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role is available at corporate offices and flour-milling or bakery locations in Ohio and North Carolina, with flexible year-round or summer cycles and an 8 AM–5 PM schedule that may vary by location. Candidates should be rising junior or senior engineering students pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, with strong analytical and communication skills; manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
