Description
The Engineering Intern will support engineering, environmental health and safety, and manufacturing teams in improving safety through process control and improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include driving FMEA actions across the shop, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with the hourly workforce to identify safety risks and develop solutions, and completing projects as directed. The role requires a student pursuing a bachelor’s degree with sophomore-level coursework, legal authorization to work in the United States, and active student status; engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, communication, analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills are preferred. The position is based in Brea, California, with a base pay range of $25–$28 per hour and no visa sponsorship.
