Description
Renault do Brasil is hiring a Manufacturing Intern for a 12-month on-site program in São José dos Pinhais. The intern will work alongside managers in Paint, Body, Assembly, Logistics, and Stamping; monitor manufacturing operations and leadership routines; support continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, KPI analysis, problem-solving meetings, and management reporting; and participate in mentoring and hands-on factory-floor activities. The role is intended for students in mechanical, electrical, electronic, mechatronics, or production engineering or related fields, with intermediate English and Excel skills, an expected graduation date compatible with a program of up to two years, and availability for alternative shifts.
