Description
The internship supports engineering staff in designing and developing crane control systems and crane structures and mechanisms. Electrical and Computer Engineering interns work with embedded controllers, electrical and hydraulic circuit design, C/C++, and Creo/Windchill, while Mechanical interns focus on concept development, material selection, component design, production improvements, and product customizations. Both tracks involve product development, prototyping, design reviews, structural fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance, with a requirement to be enrolled in an accredited university toward a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
