Description
NXP Semiconductors is seeking a final-year electronics engineering student for an internship focused on millimeter-wave receiver architecture and integrated-circuit design. The intern will analyze communication architectures, develop system-level models, translate architectures into circuit specifications, design schematics, perform transistor-level simulations, compare results with reference architectures, and prepare technical documentation and recommendations. The role requires knowledge of analog and RF design, receiver architectures, MOS technologies, Cadence, Virtuoso, and Maestro, along with English proficiency and a strong learning ability. Depending on the results, the intern may continue through a Master’s thesis, PhD, or permanent R&D position.
