Description
The Engineering Lab Technician will conduct performance, energy, and safety testing on room air-conditioning products in a laboratory environment. The role reviews and modifies test plans, calibrates chambers and instruments, interprets AHRI, CFR, and UL standards, prepares test reports, performs correlation testing, and moves engineering samples. The position requires a minimum of two years of laboratory testing experience, mechanical aptitude, strong organization and attention to detail, and universal refrigerant certification; it is based in Louisville, Kentucky, with occasional weekend work and a flexible work arrangement.
