Lucid is hiring an Engineering Launch Manager to lead Plant Vehicle Engineering for interior, exterior, seating, and restraint systems through vehicle launch, production ramp-up, and ongoing manufacturing. The role manages a hands-on engineering team, coordinates cross-functional launch and manufacturing issues, leads corrective-action processes, and supports structured root-cause analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of automotive engineering experience including leadership, and strong technical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
