Description
WPP is hiring an Engineering Lead to drive the architecture, standards, advanced development, and technical strategy for its global Cloud Apps and AI program. Reporting to the AI CoE Lead, the role will guide 6–10 developers, oversee Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse solutions, manage application lifecycle and deployment pipelines, support complex integrations, and ensure secure, scalable delivery. The position requires 12+ years of relevant engineering or architecture experience, strong Power Platform and Dataverse expertise, AI framework experience, and mandatory PL-600 certification, with an AI-102 certification required within two months of joining. The role is hybrid, with teams in the office around four days per week.
