Description
Abbott is hiring an Engineering Lead to oversee engineering operations across multiple disciplines at its TPM in Fermoy, Cork, Ireland. The role leads medium- to complex manufacturing and production engineering projects, manages concurrent projects and cross-functional teams, supports new product introductions and ongoing production, develops engineering systems and procedures, and ensures compliance with EHS, quality, FDA, and GMP standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience, plus 5–10 years of significant engineering, project management, and/or operational experience.
