CACI is hiring a full-time Engineering Lead to provide personnel, project, and technical leadership for a reverse-engineering and UAS-threat-replication team. The role leads multidisciplinary mechanical, aerospace, electrical, software, and CT/NDT engineers; partners with Government and DoD stakeholders; manages concurrent projects, technical risks, schedules, resources, and delivery; and oversees personnel development. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of technical experience including 3 years of engineering management, multidisciplinary team leadership, project management, and an active DoD Secret clearance. The proposed salary range is $82,700 to $173,900 USD, with up to 25% local travel.
