The role involves owning Node.js and NestJS implementations, collaborating with frontend, product, and DevOps teams, mentoring developers, overseeing deployments and production operations, and participating in hiring. Candidates need at least five years of backend development experience, including two years in a leadership or technical lead role, along with expertise in Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs, databases, testing, architectural patterns, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code.
