Celerity is hiring a remote Engineering Lead to build and run the Engineering pillar of its Business Integration Services practice. The role combines hands-on technical delivery in client engagements with people management of Junior Developers, including hiring, mentoring, performance reviews, and team growth. The Engineering Lead will establish engineering standards, tooling, quality processes, reusable assets, and cross-pillar delivery practices while partnering with Solution Architecture, technology vendors, and clients. The position requires at least 10 years of software engineering experience, including leadership experience, and offers a salary of $170,000-$190,000 DOE, with domestic and international travel as required.
