Description
Daniel Defense is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to lead and develop an engineering team supporting new product development, current production, manufacturing process improvement, cost reduction, safety, quality, and lean manufacturing. The role includes mentoring team members, conducting capability studies, designing work-holding solutions with SolidWorks, programming and troubleshooting CNC machines, and collaborating with R&D, quality assurance, and maintenance. Candidates need a BS in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent education-experience combination, at least three years of manufacturing experience, leadership and communication skills, and experience with GD&T, SolidWorks, CNC programming, Mastercam, or similar software.
