EggAI is hiring a remote EU-based Engineering Lead to lead delivery of enterprise AI projects while managing and mentoring a team of 2 to 6 backend and AI engineers. The role combines hands-on software development and technical leadership across scalable asynchronous Python backends, event-driven architectures, APIs, AI orchestration, testing, documentation, and security, with responsibility for client collaboration, project planning, delivery quality and timelines, and team development. EggAI is a Munich-based enterprise generative AI company building production-grade agentic systems and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
