John Zink is hiring an Engineering Lead – Mechanical in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra to provide technical leadership for a team of engineers and designers supporting complex, engineered-to-order combustion and emissions-control products. The role leads mechanical design execution, coaches and develops engineers, partners with global stakeholders, drives design optimization and continuous improvement, manages technical risks, and supports manufacturing, quality, and project teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of relevant mechanical design or product engineering experience, and at least 3 years leading engineering teams or technical workstreams.
