Description
Maxxima is hiring an Engineering Lead to provide hands-on leadership and development of its electrical and mechanical engineering team. The role manages assignments, capacity, resources, project execution, product development, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, cross-functional support, recruiting, and engineering processes. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering, 5–7 years of progressive engineering experience, leadership experience, and familiarity with ISO quality systems and manufacturing partners. The position offers a salary range of $95,000–$125,000, subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other employee benefits.
