Description
Metrobank is hiring an Engineering Lead to oversee and maintain a pool of skilled software engineers assigned to projects, with responsibility for capacity planning, up-skilling, cross-skilling, onboarding regular or contractor developers, and coordinating with ITG departments and business teams on resource requirements. The role also includes personnel management, recruitment and selection, performance appraisals, and creating and refining the software development estimation framework.
