Panelmatic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and project management for utility-grade, industrial, commercial, and domestic electrical power systems. The role coordinates engineering disciplines, schedules, quality, budgets, client communications, documentation, equipment purchasing, inspections, FAT, site installations, and project close-out, while mentoring engineers and developing client relationships. The position requires an associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, at least ten years of electrical design and engineering experience, and at least five years managing project managers and junior engineers.
