Description
Quantium is hiring an Engineering Lead for its Consulting Engineering team to serve as the technical and delivery anchor on client engagements. The role owns engineering delivery from scoping through execution, quality assurance, and outcome measurement; represents engineering to senior client stakeholders; coaches and develops engineers across different engagements; and makes architectural and delivery decisions in fast-cycle, ambiguous environments. The position requires a consulting engineering background, strong full-stack or AI engineering skills, experience developing engineers remotely, end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder communication, and adaptability. It offers hybrid and flexible work arrangements, with remote work outside the assigned location for up to 30 days per year.
