Description
The Engineering Lead – Data & DevOps will lead and develop a team of Data, Platform and DevOps engineers while owning the delivery, operation and continual evolution of data, platform engineering and DevSecOps capabilities across ASX's Equities Trading Technology domain. The role combines people leadership, technical leadership and platform ownership to establish engineering standards, resilient data services, modern deployment pipelines, automation, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, observability, security and operational resilience. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE or data engineering, and experience leading engineering teams and operating highly available technology platforms. The position supports flexible and hybrid working and requires candidates to be legally authorised to work in Australia on a permanent basis without restrictions.
