Description
ICEYE is hiring a permanent Engineering Lead, Electronics for its Warsaw, Poland optical satellite platform. The role leads a small, growing electronics team while remaining hands-on with payload electronics architecture, schematics, layout, bring-up, production, and in-orbit operations. Responsibilities include translating satellite requirements into electronics design, driving rapid iterative development, managing suppliers, investigating anomalies, and mentoring engineers. The position requires expert electronics design skills across high-speed, power, and harness work, satellite-system understanding, and people-oriented leadership; space experience is not required, while optical-sensor experience is preferred. The role is hybrid and subject to applicable security screening.
