Mindlance is hiring a senior hands-on backend engineer to own the technical integrity of a core transaction-processing platform. The role focuses on building and delivering secure, serverless cloud-native software, with responsibilities spanning event-driven architecture, multi-tenant isolation, encryption, AI-assisted code verification, test strategy, CI gates, and delivery leadership. The engineer will work directly on the platform rather than advising or managing others, and must have 8–12 years of recent hands-on experience.
