Monk is hiring an Engineering Lead, Financial Systems to own the company’s financial systems end-to-end, including technical direction, architecture, delivery, quality, customer-facing integrations, and leading a small engineering pod. The role focuses on high-volume fintech projects involving ERP, accounting, banking, payment, API, and data integrations, with a strong emphasis on TypeScript, Temporal, Postgres, AWS, observability, agentic workflows, and autonomous tooling.
