Fever is hiring an Engineering Lead to lead a team of software engineers and drive the technical direction of its frontend platforms and web experiences. The role combines hands-on frontend engineering, architecture, delivery, and people leadership, with responsibilities including mentoring engineers, making technical decisions, building scalable solutions, improving engineering efficiency, and collaborating with Product and Design. Candidates should have strong frontend and modern web experience, familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, or Angular, and prior leadership experience.
