Description
Finastra is hiring Engineering Leads for its AI Center of Excellence to oversee cross-functional engineering pods and embed AI capabilities into LaserPro. The role leads front-end, back-end, AI, and DevOps engineers; translates product requirements into technical solutions; drives AI architecture, software development lifecycle, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, quality, security, and team development; and manages technical debt and delivery. Candidates need full-stack, AI/ML, microservices, API, cloud-native, agile, and DevOps experience, along with strong technical leadership and communication skills. The position offers hybrid working and benefits, but applicants currently residing in New York City or California are ineligible.
