Description
Pfizer is hiring an Engineering Lead (m/f/d) for its Product and Process Development (PPD) area at the Freiburg site. The role leads technical support for a pharmaceutical equipment park involved in developing, scaling, and manufacturing solid oral dosage forms, and covers equipment management, qualification, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, project coordination, training, and continuous improvement in a GMP environment. The position includes technical leadership of engineering teams and operators, coordination of external service providers, and support for deviations, change control, CAPA, and root-cause analyses. A completed engineering or pharmaceutical technology degree and several years of experience in a technical, production-adjacent, or GMP-regulated environment are required.
