TWD is hiring a full-time Engineering Lead in Athens, Greece to provide technical leadership and project oversight for complex energy and infrastructure projects. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering teams, guides design and execution, supports project delivery, manages risks and stakeholder relationships, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and mentors junior and intermediate engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline, 15–20 years of progressive engineering experience, and experience leading complex technical projects.
