Description
Keyrock is hiring an Engineering Lead: Options to lead and grow its Options Engineering team of approximately seven engineers. The role owns the evolution of a Rust-native systematic options trading platform and provides technical direction across automated quoting, execution, risk controls, pricing workflows, production reliability, system design, performance, and distributed systems. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in systematic trading, options market-making, or low-latency trading systems, strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C, and experience with production SQL databases, functional and component testing, and trading-system reliability. The position is primarily intended for candidates in European time zones or the United States East Coast.
