ICEYE is hiring an Engineering Lead - Orbit Determination in Espoo to lead a small multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering accurate and reliable orbit determination software and services for satellite operations. The role owns delivery, prioritization, roadmap alignment, continuous improvement of accuracy, latency, and scalability, and supports team growth through mentoring, hiring, and workload distribution. It is a permanent hybrid position requiring experience leading complex software systems, modern software engineering practices, cloud and on-prem environments with Docker and Kubernetes, and communication across technical domains; orbital dynamics knowledge is preferred.
