Vancity is hiring a full-time, permanent Engineering Lead, Quality to lead quality engineering for member-facing platforms. The role combines senior SDET technical leadership with hands-on automation-first engineering across API, service, and UI layers, including CI/CD integration, performance and security validation, root-cause analysis, and AI-assisted testing. It is based at Vancity’s Vancouver head office with a hybrid arrangement and is open to candidates in British Columbia and Ontario. The position requires 10+ years of software or quality engineering experience and offers a salary of $113,000 to $153,000 per annum.
