Description
The Engineering Lead System Testing leads local system testing, integration, verification, validation, and calibration activities across globally distributed automotive development projects. The role provides technical leadership to the local System Testing team, dotted-line leadership for the local CAE team, and cross-functional coordination with global engineering, Textron Business Units, and external partners. Responsibilities include defining test strategies and specifications, developing automated test execution and reporting, managing test benches and HiL environments, ensuring requirements-to-test traceability, supporting release readiness and configuration management, and coordinating system validation across global test sites. The role requires a technical engineering degree, at least two years of global leadership experience, seven years of automotive system testing and validation experience, and proficiency with automotive communication technologies and Vector tools.
