Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations
5+ years of engineering experience as an individual contributor
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building large, business critical projects which are highly cross functional in nature and require a deep understanding of business logic
Demonstrated ability to work closely with product to craft a strategy for new business opportunities
Ability to own consumer-focused metrics like ARPU, conversion, retention, and churn.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at working in a cross-functional group.
Self-starter, able to initiate tasks independently.
Experience implementing process best practices within a rapidly growing team.
Ability to build focused roadmaps and make difficult trade-offs.
