EcoVadis is looking for an experienced Engineering Leader to manage a large, cross-functional engineering team responsible for developing a core customer experience within a B2B SaaS platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product Leadership to define the product vision, deliver high-impact features, and ensure scalability and maintainability of solutions. They will also focus on mentoring team members, optimizing operations, and overseeing technical debt management.
