Description
Serval is hiring a senior engineering leader to define the technical direction of its AI-native automation platform, partner with the CTO and CEO, and build and scale the engineering organization. The role owns the engineering roadmap, delivery quality, architecture, hiring, engineering culture, cross-functional execution, and metrics for reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. Candidates need at least eight years of software engineering experience, including meaningful engineering leadership, along with strong architectural judgment, production-system experience, and a degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
