Description
Wattpad is hiring a full-time Engineering Leader to lead and develop its engineering leadership team across architecture, client engineering, platform, and data engineering. The role will strengthen engineering delivery, planning, estimation, technical roadmapping, data engineering capabilities, operating practices, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design, Data, Content, and Trust & Safety. It requires 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams and senior technical leaders, along with experience across infrastructure, data, architecture, and organizational change.
