Description
Apple is hiring a Data Engineering Leader to build and lead a large data engineering organization responsible for massive-scale pipelines and services across commerce, payments, and content. The role will set technical direction, oversee data platform operations, lead migration to an AI-first architecture, partner with engineering and business teams, recruit and develop talent, establish data quality and privacy standards, and communicate strategy to senior leadership. The position requires at least 10 years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading organizations with 50+ engineers, along with experience in large-scale data systems, technology modernization, distributed teams, and cross-functional influence.
