Fractal is hiring an Engineering Lead to serve as a hands-on technical authority for large-scale enterprise programs, combining solution architecture, engineering execution, delivery governance, reliability, and innovation. The role requires 10+ years of software, data, or platform engineering experience, leadership experience, and strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform and distributed systems, with preferred prior Google engineering experience. Responsibilities include defining technology roadmaps, leading architecture for data, analytics, AI/ML, and platform initiatives, managing distributed teams, advising senior client stakeholders, and mentoring engineers. The role offers a starting base salary of $225,000 and eligibility for health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid holidays, parental leave, and paid time off.
