Description
The Engineering Leader will be based in Whitehall, Michigan, within Whitehall Casting Operations, and will manage and provide technical leadership for the New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering team. The role supervises salaried employees, oversees engineering services and NPI projects, coordinates with customers, suppliers, tooling partners, and plant leadership, supports manufacturing and yield improvements, manages revenue targets, and develops engineering staff. A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of engineering experience, including new product launches, are required, along with supervisory or management experience.
