Performance Software is hiring a full-time Engineering Leader for its UK operations to lead engineering teams, manage technical programs, and drive customer engagement and business growth. The role covers recruiting and mentoring engineers, overseeing schedule, cost, quality, risks, and customer reporting, building customer relationships, supporting proposals, and identifying new opportunities. Candidates should have experience leading engineering teams in aerospace, defense, or safety-critical environments, program or project management experience, a technical software or systems foundation, customer-facing communication skills, and experience with estimates, proposals, and business development. Compensation is £60,000–£100,000 DOE.
