Description
Clemens Food Group is hiring for a two-year onsite Engineering Leadership Development Program in Hatfield, Pennsylvania, beginning in June 2027. The program rotates participants through process engineering, project engineering, and reliability engineering while providing hands-on manufacturing experience, cross-functional project work, mentorship, and leadership development. Candidates should be graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, have applied engineering experience, demonstrated leadership, and strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
