L3Harris is hiring for a three-year rotational Mechanical Engineer Engineering Leadership Development Program across various locations. The role supports new product development and factory support, translates requirements into mechanical specifications and test plans, conducts structural and thermal analysis and verification testing, manages engineering change orders, and collaborates with mechanical designers on CAD models and documentation. Participants receive mentorship, training, education assistance, and cross-functional engagement. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and must be able to relocate every 12 months for the program’s duration.
