L3Harris is hiring for a three-year Engineering Leadership Development Program Systems Engineer role with a 9/80 schedule and various locations. The rotational program exposes participants to different program types, business units, geographic locations, and design-lifecycle elements, with mentorship, education assistance, training, and cross-functional engagement. Responsibilities include operational analysis, concept-of-operations development, test planning and execution, systems requirements analysis, complex system design and architecture support, and design-status presentations. Applicants must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a listed engineering or science field and must be able to relocate every 12 months for the program’s duration.
