Description
Carrier is hiring for its Engineering Leadership Program (ELP), a three, eight-month rotational graduate program for engineering graduates. Participants will work with global and cross-disciplinary teams on model-based design, verification, HVAC/R packaged equipment, modeling, confirmation testing, product development, project management, and related technical and leadership activities. The program includes hands-on assignments, training, mentorship, and exposure to Carrier centers in Syracuse, Atlanta, Kennesaw, Charlotte, Indianapolis, and Palm Beach Gardens. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a GPA of at least 3.0, eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and availability to start in June 2027. The annual salary is $53,000 to $106,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
