Carrier is hiring Engineering Leadership Program participants for three eight-month rotations across Carrier centers of excellence and business units. The program provides hands-on assignments in technology and product development, HVAC fundamentals, modeling, lab testing, project management, change management, customer engagement, and executive communications, along with training, mentorship, and executive guidance. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a GPA of at least 3.0, eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and availability to start in June 2027. The program offers an annual salary of $53,000 to $106,000, health, dental, and vision benefits, retirement benefits, paid leave, and other compensation and benefits.
