Valterra Platinum is hiring four Engineering Learnership Programme participants for the Polokwane Smelter: one Mechanical Fitter, one Electrician, one Boilermaker, and one Instrument Measurement Control & Instrumentation learner. The programme provides structured off-the-job and workplace training and leads to a nationally recognized Artisan qualification. Applicants must meet specified Matric or N2/NCV requirements, submit a CV, certified qualifications, a South African ID, and proof of residence for host-community applicants, and applications are reviewed until 30 September 2026.
