Description

Ford is hiring an Engineering Learning and Development Leader to drive global capability upskilling, continuous improvement, and compliance across new and core engineering disciplines. The role partners with Product Development organizations, conducts needs analyses, develops training strategies and curricula, manages enterprise eLearning platforms, leads learning analytics and Google Cloud Platform dashboard deployment, coordinates training logistics and compliance, and secures advanced training opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or preferred master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of Product Development or related engineering experience, and strong analytical and computer skills. The position is hybrid, requires onsite work four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $115,500–$218,100.
