Ford is hiring an Engineering Learning and Development Leader to drive global capability upskilling, continuous improvement, and compliance across new and core engineering disciplines. The role partners with Product Development organizations to conduct needs analyses, develop training strategies and curricula, manage enterprise eLearning platforms, oversee learning analytics dashboards and migration to Google Cloud Platform, coordinate training logistics and compliance, and secure advanced training opportunities. Candidates need a bachelor’s or preferred master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least 10 years of Product Development or related engineering experience, and strong analytical and computer skills. The position is hybrid, requires onsite presence four or more days per week, and offers a base salary of $115,500–$218,100.
